Between all the most beautiful places of the Amalfi Coast, Positano is a place where you can live the holiday you’ve always dreamt: sun, wild nature, sea, good food and relax.
The beaches of positano are many and all suggestive: The Spiaggia Grande and Fornillo are reachable by foot but they are generally crowded. The other beaches are Laurito (where you can eat at Adolfo’s, freak restaurant of our dear frined Sergione), Arienzo (just under the Selva, you can get there by 30 minutes walking), La Porta and the Scogli Piatti ( you can get there only by boat).
Rich in historical and artistic beauties, Positano is well known for the Church of Santa Maria Assunta with its dome made with yellow and green majolica from Vietri sul Mare.
Besides the tours between the sea and the montains ( we have to point out the marvellous path of the gods and the Alta Via), the beauties and the great food, Positano offers an icredible shooping: since the 60s, the town is famous for Local Fashion, a mix of lace and natural fabrics such as linen and hemp.
It is possible to visit the other towns of the Amalfi Coast: Ravello and Amalfi are famous worldwide for their beautiful spots and the great welcoming. Sorrento, Capri, Naples and the archeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum are well known touristic places.
